Nashville Aquatic Club High School / Middle School Program

Nashville Aquatic Club is now offering a high school/middle school swimming practice group for student athletes in the Middle Tennessee Area beginning September 1, 2007. The program will be offered throughout the high school/middle school swim season (September-February) on a monthly basis. The program will offer swimmers in grades 5-12 the opportunity to learn and/or continue to develop competitive swimming skills. Swimmers will work on starts, turns, and stroke development as well as increase their general fitness through the sport of swimming. No USA Swimming meets will be offered through this program. The swimmers must arrange participation in high school and middle school meets with their school's coach.

Our professional coaching staff will be conducting practices at the Centennial Sportsplex, Monday-Thursday from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
The cost of the program is $80.00 per month or $375.00 for the entire season (September 1, 2007 - February 8, 2008).
