NOTE: There are TWO DIFFERENT Event Files:

For TEAMS in Southeastern LSC ONLY(includes $3 per athlete LSC surcharge as per invitation)

For NON Southeastern LSC TEAMS (includes $5 per athlete NON-LSC surcharge as per invitation)
Event file: Meet_Events_2009_SE_NAC_October_Open_24Oct2009_NONLSC.zip

Except for the surcharge amount, the event files are identical.

Why two event files?
Having the correct LSC surcharge in the upload will help teams generate the correct check for payment.

Deadline and Entry Procedures (back to top)

Meet is open to all USA Swimming registered athletes. The age of the swimmer on the first day of the meet will determine the age for the entire meet.

All entries (non-NAC), release forms and fees must be received by 6:00pm, Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

NAC Entries due to coaches no later than Monday, October 19, 2009.

Meet Fees:
$5.00 per individual event ($6.00 if past deadline)
$10.00 per relay event ($11.00 if past deadline)
$3.00 per swimmer SES surcharge
$5.00 Out of LSC surcharge
$5.00 per swimmer NAC Meet/Travel Fee
Entry Limits:

13&Over swimmers may enter up to five (5) individual events on Saturday (combined total of two sessions) and four (4) individual events on Sunday. 12 & Under swimmers may enter up to four (4) individual events per day.

Warm Ups - 7:00 am

SATURDAY MID DAY 12 & UNDER SESSION:
Warm Ups 10:30 am

SATURDAY PM 13 & OVER SESSION:
Warm Ups - 2:00 pm

SUNDAY AM 12 & UNDER SESSION:
Warm Ups - 7:00 am

SUNDAY MID DAY 13 & OVER SESSION:
Warm Ups - 11:00 am


Make sure your swimmer(s) are at the pool at least 10 minutes before warm ups are scheduled to begin. SWIMMERS NEED TO BE IN THE WATER at the scheduled warm up time

Competition begins at 8:00 am

SATURDAY MID DAY 12 & UNDER SESSION:
Competition begins at 11:30 am

SATURDAY PM 13 & OVER SESSION:
Competition begins at 3:00

SUNDAY MID DAY 13 & OVER SESSION:
Competition begins at 12:00 pm


Competition for afternoon and evening sessions will not start before the listed start time, even if the previous session completes earlier than expected.
