As February creeps up on everyone, it's time to focus our attention
to those final meets of the 2009-2010 short course season. One
of those meets is the District
West Championships held February 20-21 in Brentwood at the
Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex. This meet will be the
Championship meet for many NAC Swimmers and is only 5 weeks away!
The District Championship is for:
Any new or seasoned NAC swimmer who has not qualified for
Southeasterns
Swimmers on the verge of qualifying for Southeasterns
Swimmers who only have a couple of Southeastern cuts and would
like to attempt a few more
ANY 8 & Under swimmer
This is YOUR Championship meet so the next 5 weeks of training
and competition should be swum with that in mind. The coaching
staff would like to encourage all parents and swimmers to participate
in at least one of the two championship meets. This is what every
NAC swimmer has been training for and every NAC parent has been
hauling their swimmer to practice for over the past 6 months.
With that in mind let's finish the season on a successful note
and continue to show the NAC strength at EVERY level.
